NHTSA campaign 25V903, reported December 21, 2025, 10,554 vehicles potentially affected.

What this recall means for you

A software error can deactivate the rearview camera image, so the picture may not appear on the screen. Without it, the driver has a reduced view of the area behind the vehicle, which increases the risk of a crash. The vehicles also no longer meet Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 111 for rear visibility.

Dealers will update the parking assist software at no cost to the owner. Owner notification letters were mailed July 9, 2026. If you have questions, you can contact Lamborghini customer service at 1-866-681-6276, referencing recall number L636-R.01.26.

Whether or not you have received a letter, check your vehicle identification number (VIN) for open recalls and schedule the free software update with an authorized Lamborghini dealer as soon as possible.
