NHTSA campaign 25V880, reported December 18, 2025, 2 vehicles potentially affected.

What this recall means for you

Certain 2026 IC Bus CECB buses have wheelchair securement retractors that may not lock. If a retractor fails to lock, a wheelchair may not be properly secured and can move during transit.

The repair is free. Dealers will inspect and replace the retractors as necessary at no charge. Owner notification letters were mailed February 16, 2026. You can contact International's customer service at 1-800-448-7825 and reference recall number 25527.
