- Problem
- Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2026 Impact and Carbon recreational trailers equipped with 3000 series patio rail kits. The kits may be missing the angle brackets and the footman loops, preventing the gap panels from being properly attached.
- Risk
- Improperly secured panels can increase the risk of injury.
- Remedy
- Dealers will install the missing components, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed December 22, 2025. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 25-477. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning January 28, 2026.
What this recall means for you
Some 2026 Keystone Impact and Carbon recreational trailers were built with 3000 series patio rail kits that may be missing angle brackets and footman loops. Without these parts, the gap panels may not be attached properly.
Improperly secured panels can increase the risk of injury. If you own an affected trailer, the repair is free. Authorized dealers will install the missing components at no cost to you. Owner notification letters were mailed December 22, 2025.
