NHTSA campaign 25V772, reported November 10, 2025, 79 vehicles potentially affected.

What this recall means for you

Certain 2025 Phoenix transit buses equipped with QRT-Deluxe and QRT-Max wheelchair restraints may have retractors that do not lock. As a result, a wheelchair may not be properly secured during the ride.

An unsecured wheelchair can move while the vehicle is in transit, which increases the risk of injury to the wheelchair user and others on board. Owners should contact Coach and Equipment customer service at 1-800-724-8464 for more information.

Authorized dealers will be notified to inspect and replace the retractors as needed, at no cost to the owner. Owner notification letters were mailed November 24, 2025. You can also check your vehicle's VIN for open recalls.
