Endera Shuttle Recall 25V761: Wheelchair Restraints May Not Lock, Risking Movement

NHTSA campaign 25V761, reported November 5, 2025, 55 vehicles potentially affected.

What this recall means for you

Certain 2024-2026 Endera Shuttle transit buses have wheelchair restraint retractors that may not lock. If a retractor fails to lock, a wheelchair may not be properly secured.

An unsecured wheelchair can move during travel or in a crash, which increases the risk of injury to the wheelchair user and others on board. Owners of affected vehicles should take this seriously and act promptly.

The repair is free. Dealers will inspect the wheelchair restraint retractors and replace them as needed at no charge. Owners who received a notification letter mailed November 21, 2025 should contact the dealer to schedule the repair, or call Endera Motors customer service at 419-523-3593. You can also check your vehicle's VIN for open recalls.
