What this recall means for you
Certain 2026 trucks may have a center roof marker light that fails to illuminate. Marker lights help other drivers see the size and position of your vehicle, and a light that does not work can reduce visibility and raise the risk of a crash. The vehicles also do not meet the federal lighting standard, FMVSS 108.
The repair is free. Authorized dealers will replace the center roof marker light at no cost to you. Owner letters were mailed January 19, 2026. If you have questions, you can call Volvo Trucks customer service at 800-528-6586 and reference recall RVXX2509.
