Remote Vans Aegis Recall 25V747: Motorhome May Exceed Weight Limit, Raising Crash Risk

NHTSA campaign 25V747, reported October 30, 2025, 46 vehicles potentially affected.

What this recall means for you

Certain 2025 motorhomes may be overloaded when carrying the maximum number of occupants, because optional equipment can push the vehicle above its Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR). The vehicles also do not meet federal tire selection and rim requirements (FMVSS 110) or certification requirements under 49 CFR Part 567. An overloaded motorhome is more likely to be involved in a crash.

The remedy is free at an authorized dealer. On Aegis models, the dealer will replace the extended range fuel tank with a standard fuel tank and remove the skid plates and expedition box. On Oasis models, the dealer will replace the fuel tank. On both, the dealer will also install new OCCC labels. Owner notification letters were mailed November 14, 2025. You can also contact Remote Vans customer service at 1-513-201-7553, and check your vehicle identification number (VIN) for any open recalls.
