- Problem
- Thor Motor Coach (TMC) is recalling certain 2026 Geneva, 2025-2026 Quantum, Four Winds, Pasadena, Eddie Bauer, Chateau, Freedom Elite, and Coleman recreational vehicles. A P-clamp may not have been installed, allowing the Liquid Propane (LP) generator hose to contact the exhaust.
- Risk
- A LP hose that contacts the generator exhaust increases the risk of a fire.
- Remedy
- Dealers will install a P-clamp to secure the LP hose, free of chare. Owner notification letters were mailed December 15, 2025. Owners may contact TMC customer service at 1-877-855-2867. TMC's number for this recall is RC000335.
What this recall means for you
On certain Thor Motor Coach recreational vehicles, a P-clamp may not have been installed to secure the Liquid Propane (LP) generator hose. Without it, the hose can contact the generator exhaust.
Heat from the exhaust contacting the LP hose increases the risk of a fire in the vehicle.
Authorized dealers will install a P-clamp to secure the LP hose at no charge. Owners who received a notification letter mailed December 15, 2025 can contact Thor Motor Coach customer service at 1-877-855-2867, referencing recall RC000335. You should also check your vehicle identification number (VIN) for any open recalls.
