Porsche Cayenne Recall 25V634: Fuel Pump Bolts May Loosen, Causing Leak and Fire Risk

NHTSA campaign 25V634, reported September 23, 2025, 177 vehicles potentially affected.

What this recall means for you

Certain Porsche Cayenne and Panamera vehicles from model years 2024 through 2026 may have fasteners securing the high pressure fuel pump that were not tightened properly. This can allow fuel to leak from the system.

A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire. Owners should watch for signs of a fuel leak and contact an authorized dealer if they have concerns.

Dealers will inspect and tighten the screw connections and will replace the high pressure fuel pump and fuel lines as necessary, free of charge. Owners who received a notification letter mailed November 19, 2025, can contact Porsche customer service at 1-800-767-7243, referencing recall ASA9. You can also check whether your vehicle identification number (VIN) is involved in this recall by searching NHTSA.gov, where VINs will be searchable beginning October 10, 2025.
