What this recall means for you
Certain Orange EV T-Series, e-TRIEVER, and HUSK-e terminal trucks may have hazard warning lights that turn off when the ignition is in the Off position. Because the lights may not stay on, a disabled vehicle may not warn other drivers, and the vehicles do not meet Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 108 for lamps and associated equipment.
Hazard lights that do not remain on cannot warn approaching drivers that a vehicle is stopped or disabled, which increases the risk of a crash.
Orange EV field service will install a new hazard light wire harness and update the software at no cost to you. Owner notification letters were mailed by November 24, 2025. To arrange the repair or ask questions, contact Orange EV customer service at 1-866-688-5223, referencing recall number 2025-SRC-07. You can also check your vehicle identification number (VIN) for open recalls.
