Utilimaster Aeromaster Recall 25V405: Camera Monitor May Show Wrong Image at Startup

NHTSA campaign 25V405, reported June 19, 2025, 871 vehicles potentially affected.

What this recall means for you

Certain 2024 and 2025 Utilimaster Aeromaster vehicles have a 360-degree camera system whose monitor may not display the correct image when the vehicle is started. This reduces the driver's view around the vehicle.

A monitor that fails to show the correct image reduces what the driver can see, which increases the risk of a crash.

The remedy is free: Shyft will install an in-line circuit protector and monitor at no charge. Owner notification letters were mailed August 8, 2025. You can contact Shyft customer service at 1-800-237-7806 (Shyft recall number 25-15), and you should check your vehicle's VIN for any open recalls.
