Chrysler Pacifica Recall 25V388: Rearview camera may not display, raising crash risk

NHTSA campaign 25V388, reported June 12, 2025, 140 vehicles potentially affected.

What this recall means for you

Certain 2023 Chrysler Pacifica and Voyager vehicles may have a manufacturing error that prevents the rearview camera image from displaying. The vehicles therefore do not meet Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 111, which covers rear visibility.

Without a working rearview image, the driver has less view of what is behind the vehicle, which increases the risk of a crash while backing up.

Dealers will inspect and replace the rearview camera, if necessary, at no cost to you. Owner notification letters were mailed July 3, 2025. You can contact Chrysler customer service at 800-853-1403, using recall number 34C, and you should check your VIN for open recalls.
