NHTSA campaign 25V335, reported May 22, 2025, 1,977 vehicles potentially affected.

What this recall means for you

Certain 2022, 2023, and 2024 Utilimaster Velocity vehicles may be missing the tire and loading information placard. This label gives the tire size, tire pressure, and loading limits. Without it, the vehicle may be overloaded, which increases the risk of a crash. The vehicles also do not comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 110 for tire selection and rims.

Owner notification letters were mailed June 12, 2025. Shyft Group will mail the missing labels and installation instructions at no cost. If you own one of these vehicles, contact Shyft customer service at 1-800-237-7806 to request your free label kit.

Until you receive and install the label, check the tire and loading information in your owner's manual and avoid exceeding the vehicle's stated load limits. You can also check your VIN for any open recalls at NHTSA's website.
