Highland Ridge TT GO Play Recall 25V265: Wrong weight and tire labels can lead to overloading

NHTSA campaign 25V265, reported April 21, 2025, 24 vehicles potentially affected.

What this recall means for you

Certain 2025 travel trailers may have certification and tire information labels that list an incorrect Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR) and the wrong tire and rim size. Because the labels give inaccurate load and tire information, the trailer could be overloaded without the owner realizing it, which increases the risk of a crash.

The manufacturer will mail new labels to owners free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 12, 2025. If you own an affected trailer, contact Highland Ridge customer service at 1-800-283-8267 to request replacement labels, and reference recall number 9904628.

You can also check your vehicle identification number (VIN) on the NHTSA recall website to see whether any other recalls are open on your trailer.
