What this recall means for you
A repair made under an earlier Mercedes-Benz recall may have left some vehicles with an incorrect main fuse box, one not designed for the vehicle. This can cause a sudden loss of drive power or a loss of critical safety functions, such as the restraint systems (airbags) or the instrument cluster. Losing these functions can raise the risk of a crash or injury. There may also be an increased risk of fire.
If you own an affected vehicle, contact Mercedes-Benz USA customer service at 1-800-367-6372 and reference recall number 2025050003/4. Owner notification letters were mailed June 6, 2025. Authorized dealers will inspect and replace the main fuse box at no cost to you.
