Mitsubishi Fuso Rizon FEC7K (E16) Recall 25V215: Front Turn Signals May Burn Out, Raising Crash Risk

NHTSA campaign 25V215, reported May 13, 2025, 243 vehicles potentially affected.

What this recall means for you

Certain trucks have front turn signals built into the headlights, and the bulb socket may be defective. This can cause the front turn signals to burn out. Once a turn signal is inoperative, the driver cannot clearly show other road users which way they intend to turn, which increases the risk of a crash.

The remedy is free. Authorized dealers will replace the headlights at no cost to the owner. Owner notification letters were mailed August 8, 2025. If you have questions, you can contact Mitsubishi Fuso Truck of America customer service at 1-877-711-0707.

You can also check your vehicle identification number (VIN) for open recalls to confirm whether your truck is affected and whether the repair is still outstanding.
