What this recall means for you
Certain Mercedes-Benz S-Class vehicles from 2021 through 2023 may have front brake hoses that can rupture and leak brake fluid. Brake fluid is essential to the hydraulic system that stops the car, so a leak can make it take longer to stop.
A brake fluid leak can extend the distance needed to stop the vehicle, which increases the risk of a crash. Owners should take this recall seriously and avoid delaying the repair.
