What this recall means for you
The rearview camera image on these vehicles may be obstructed by the infotainment home screen menu when the vehicle is in reverse. Because the camera view can be partly covered, the vehicles do not fully meet federal rear visibility requirements.
A blocked rearview camera image reduces the driver's view behind the vehicle, which increases the risk of a crash or injury, especially when backing up near people, animals, or objects.
The head unit software will be updated free of charge, either by an authorized dealer or through an over-the-air update. Owners can contact Aston Martin customer service at 1-888-923-9988 with recall number RA-30-2015, and owner notification letters were mailed March 12, 2025. You can also check your vehicle identification number (VIN) for open recalls.
