Forest River Georgetown Recall 24V913: Turn signals may be hard to see, raising crash risk

NHTSA campaign 24V913, reported December 6, 2024, 6,963 vehicles potentially affected.

What this recall means for you

The amber turn signal lenses on these Forest River Georgetown motorhomes have a reflective surface that is too small. As a result, the vehicles do not meet Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 108 for lamps and reflective devices.

If the turn signals are not sufficiently reflective, other drivers may have trouble seeing when your motorhome intends to turn. That reduced visibility increases the risk of a crash.

The remedy is free. Authorized dealers will replace the turn signal and bulb at no charge. Owner notification letters were mailed December 11, 2025. You can call Forest River customer service at 1-574-206-7600 (Forest River recall number 68-1875), and you should also check your vehicle identification number for any open recalls.
