What this recall means for you
Certain 2025 buses have emergency exit labels that may not be secured properly, so the labels can come loose. These labels show where the emergency exits are and how to operate them. The vehicles also do not meet federal bus emergency exit safety requirements.
If the labels are missing, passengers may have trouble finding or using an emergency exit, which can delay escape and increase the risk of injury in an emergency.
The manufacturer will replace the emergency exit labels free of charge. Owner letters were mailed on December 19, 2024. To arrange the repair, contact Prevost customer service at 1-866-870-2046, and check your vehicle identification number (VIN) for any open recalls.
