Alliance RV Valor Recall 24V663: Bathroom outlet may lack shock protection

NHTSA campaign 24V663, reported September 10, 2024, 64 vehicles potentially affected.

What this recall means for you

Certain 2024-2025 Alliance Valor 31T13 travel trailers may have a front bathroom outlet that is missing a Ground Fault Interrupter (GFI) or is not connected to the GFI circuit. Without this protection, the outlet does not shut off quickly when a fault occurs, which can lead to electrical shock and an increased risk of injury.

If you own one of these trailers, contact an authorized Alliance dealer to have the standard receptacle replaced with a GFI receptacle. The repair is free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on October 18, 2024. You can also call Alliance customer service at 1-574-218-7165 and check your VIN for any open recalls.
