What this recall means for you
Certain Terex XT Pro vehicles from model years 2020 through 2024 may have replacement basket brackets that are not compatible with the original basket retaining pins. If this happens, the basket can unintentionally tilt while in use.
A tilting basket may cause the people inside to fall, which increases the risk of injury. Owners should stop using the equipment if they notice the basket shifting or tilting unexpectedly, and contact Terex before using it again.
The repair is free. Authorized dealers will replace the retaining pins at no charge. Owners who have not yet received a notification letter, which was mailed on September 10, 2024, can contact Terex customer service at 1-605-882-4000. Owners should also check their vehicle identification number (VIN) for open recalls.
