Entegra Aspire Recall 24V309: Camera Display May Fail, Reducing Rear Visibility

NHTSA campaign 24V309, reported May 1, 2024, 137 vehicles potentially affected.

What this recall means for you

The forward collision avoidance camera control module may have been installed upside down and flush to the floor. Over time this can cause the module to overheat, and the camera image may stop displaying on the screen. Without the camera view, the driver has less visibility, which increases the risk of a crash.

An authorized dealer will replace the camera control module and install two brackets at no cost to you. Owner notification letters were mailed June 7, 2024. If you have questions, you can contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267 and reference recall number 9903607.

You can also check your vehicle identification number (VIN) for any open recalls. Schedule the free repair with an authorized dealer as soon as possible.
