Entegra Expanse Recall 24V212: Rearview Camera May Fail to Show Image in Reverse

What this recall means for you

Certain 2023-2024 motorhomes built on Ford chassis may have a rearview camera, or 360-degree view camera if equipped, that does not display an image when the vehicle is put in reverse. The camera feed is the driver's view behind the vehicle, so losing it reduces rear visibility.

Without a working rear image, the driver has less ability to see people, children, animals, objects, or other vehicles behind the motorhome. This raises the risk of a backover crash, especially when backing up in driveways, campsites, parking lots, or other tight spaces.

Owners should contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267 or visit an authorized Ford or Lincoln dealer. The dealer will replace the rearview camera and update software and wiring as needed, at no cost. Owners were mailed notification letters on April 18, 2024. You can also check your vehicle identification number (VIN) for open recalls.
