Forest River Work And Play Recall 23V738: Trailer side marker lights may not be visible to other drivers

What this recall means for you

Certain Coachmen Adrenaline and Forest River Work and Play fifth wheels and travel trailers have side marker lights that may not reflect light as intended. This can make the trailer harder for other drivers to see, and the vehicles do not meet Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 108 for lamps and reflective devices.

Reduced visibility of the trailer increases the risk of a crash, particularly at night or in poor conditions when other drivers depend on those lights and reflectors to judge the trailer's size and position.

Owners should contact Forest River Customer Service at 1-574-825-6302, referencing recall number 320-1697. Dealers will install reflector stickers free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed December 5, 2023. You can also check your trailer's VIN for open recalls.
