Coachmen Concord Recall 23V706: Rear Wheels May Lock Up, Raising Crash Risk

NHTSA campaign 23V706, reported October 20, 2023, 18 vehicles potentially affected.

What this recall means for you

An incorrect driveline angle can result from how the air ride suspension was installed on these motorhomes. This misalignment may cause the rear wheels to lock up, which increases the risk of a crash.

If you own one of these Coachmen Concord motorhomes, dealers will install a shorter control arm to correct the driveline angle. The repair is free of charge at an authorized dealer. Owner notification letters were mailed November 14, 2023. You can also contact Forest River Customer Service at 1-574-825-8602 (recall number 210-1693), and you should check your VIN for open recalls.
