What this recall means for you

Certain 2023 Kenworth K270 and K370 trucks and Peterbilt 220 trucks may have driveshafts that can break under certain loading conditions. A broken driveshaft can separate from the vehicle and cause a loss of drive power, which increases the risk of a crash.

If you own an affected truck, authorized dealers will replace the driveshafts free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 16, 2023. Kenworth owners can contact customer service at 1-425-828-5888, and Peterbilt owners can call 1-940-591-4220. Reference PACCAR recall numbers 23KWG (Kenworth) or 23PBG (Peterbilt) when you call.
