What this recall means for you
Some 2023 motorhomes may have a rear axle rotor bolt that was not tightened properly. The bolt secures the rotor to the wheel hub, and if it is loose, the wheel could separate from the vehicle while driving.
Wheel separation greatly increases the risk of a crash. Owners should contact an authorized dealer to have the rear axle serial number checked. If the inspection finds loose bolts, the rotor and hub assembly will be replaced at no cost. Owners who received a notification letter mailed June 23, 2023 should follow the instructions in that letter. You can also call Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267 with questions, and check your vehicle identification number (VIN) for any open recalls.
