What this recall means for you
The instrument cluster in these motorhomes may fail to display any information when the vehicle is started. A blank panel hides critical details such as vehicle speed, fuel level, warning messages, and warning lights, so the driver may not notice problems that need attention.
Without this information, the risk of a crash increases. If your panel goes blank, take extra care while driving, pull over safely when you can, and contact an authorized dealer before continuing to drive if the display does not return.
Authorized dealers will update the instrument cluster software at no cost to you. Owner notification letters were mailed June 15, 2023. You can contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267, and you should check your VIN for any open recalls.
