NHTSA campaign 23V389, reported June 1, 2023, 5 vehicles potentially affected.

What this recall means for you

If the hoist ring fails, the risk of injury increases for anyone relying on it during a rope rescue operation. Owners should check whether their vehicle is covered by this recall.

Authorized dealers will inspect the hoist rings and replace them as necessary, at no cost to the owner. Owners can also contact Spartan Fire customer service at 1-517-543-640, and should check their VIN for any open recalls.
