- Problem
- Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2021-2023 Arcadia travel trailers. The backer board behind the cabinet for the wardrobe may not have been installed during production.
- Risk
- A missing backer board may cause the wardrobe slide room to extend out of the opening, increasing the risk of injury.
- Remedy
- Dealers will inspect and if necessary, install steel brackets to stop the slide room when opening, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed July 16, 2023. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 23-444.

What this recall means for you
Certain 2021-2023 Keystone Arcadia travel trailers may have been built without the backer board behind the wardrobe cabinet. Without it, the wardrobe slide room may extend out of its opening when it is opened.
A slide room that comes out of its opening can strike people or cause injury, which is why this recall is considered a safety issue. If you own an affected trailer, avoid opening the wardrobe slide room until it has been inspected or repaired.
Authorized Keystone dealers will inspect your trailer and, if needed, install steel brackets that stop the slide room from opening beyond its opening. The repair is free of charge. Keystone mailed owner notification letters on July 16, 2023, and you can contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369 (recall number 23-444). You can also check your VIN for open recalls.
