NHTSA campaign 23V257, reported April 7, 2023, 30 vehicles potentially affected.

What this recall means for you

An unexpected loss of gear or inability to shift can cause a sudden change in power or control, which increases the risk of a crash.

The remedy is free. Dealers will reposition the index spring correctly at no charge to the owner. Owner notification letters were mailed May 5, 2023. You can also contact Buell customer service at 1-616-719-5917, and check your vehicle identification number (VIN) for any open recalls.
