NHTSA campaign 23V184, reported March 20, 2023, 1 vehicles potentially affected.

What this recall means for you

The emergency exit window on this bus may require excessive force to open. Because it fails to meet the federal standard for bus emergency exits and window retention and release, it could be slow or difficult to use in an emergency.

An emergency exit that takes too much force to open can prevent or delay escape, which raises the risk of injury if the vehicle has to be evacuated quickly.

The repair is free. Prevost will inspect and adjust the emergency exit window if needed. Owners can contact Prevost customer service at 1-866-870-2046 and refer to recall number SR23-08. Check your vehicle identification number for any open recalls.
