What this recall means for you
The entry door latch on certain motorhomes may fail, preventing the door from being opened from inside or outside. This means occupants could be unable to enter or exit the vehicle.
Being unable to get out during an emergency, such as a fire or crash, raises the risk of injury. Owners should take this seriously and not wait to have the issue checked.
Dealers will inspect the door latch and replace it if necessary, at no cost to the owner. Owners who received a notification letter mailed May 12, 2023 can contact REV Customer Service at 1-800-509-3417 and reference recall number 230224REV.
