What this recall means for you
Certain 2023 Grand Design Imagine travel trailers have a Federal Certification Label that incorrectly lists the required tire size and inflation pressure. The trailer therefore does not meet Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 110 for tire selection and rims.
If the label gives the wrong tire size or inflation pressure, tires may wear out prematurely or fail, including by blowing out. A tire failure can increase the risk of a crash.
Authorized dealers will install a corrected label at no cost to you. Owner notification letters were mailed March 24, 2023. For questions, contact Grand Design customer service at 1-574-825-9679 and reference recall number 910033. You can also check your trailer's VIN for any open recalls.
