- Problem
- Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2022-2023 Entegra Accolade, Accolade XL, Anthem, Aspire, Cornerstone, Emblem, Esteem, Expanse, Expanse LI, Odyssey, Qwest, Reatta, Reatta XL, Jayco Alante, Greyhawk, Greyhawk Prestige, Melbourne, Melbourne Prestige, Precept, Precept Prestige, Redhawk, Redhawk SE, Seneca, Seneca Prestige, and Seneca XT recreational vehicles. The certification labels may be missing the rear Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR). As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of 49 CFR Part 567, "Certification."
- Risk
- Missing axle information may result in the vehicle being overloaded, increasing the risk of a crash.
- Remedy
- Dealers will install a new corrected certification label, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 31, 2023. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is 9903583.

What this recall means for you
Some 2022-2023 Jayco Entegra and other recreational vehicles may have certification labels that are missing the rear Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR). Without this information, the vehicle can be loaded beyond what its rear axle is rated to carry, which increases the risk of a crash.
If your vehicle is included in this recall, a dealer will install a new, corrected certification label at no cost to you. Owner notification letters were mailed March 31, 2023. You can also contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267 (Jayco recall number 9903583) to confirm whether your vehicle is affected.
