Dennis Eagle Proview Recall 23V089: Dim Front Turn Signals Could Reduce Visibility to Other Drivers

NHTSA campaign 23V089, reported February 16, 2023, 140 vehicles potentially affected.

What this recall means for you

Certain 2020-2023 Dennis Eagle Proview vehicles may have front turn signal indicator lights that do not flash brightly enough. The lights therefore do not meet the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 108, which covers lamps and reflective devices.

Dim turn signal lights can make the vehicle harder for other drivers to see, which increases the risk of a crash. Owners should be aware of this risk and have the issue corrected promptly.

Dennis Eagle will have dealers replace the front turn signal indicator lights free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 5, 2023. You can contact Dennis Eagle customer service at 1-813-440-8136, and refer to recall number FSI1691-CP013. You should also check your vehicle identification number (VIN) for any open recalls.
