- Problem
- Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2023 Jayco Seneca XT and Entegra Accolade XT motorhomes. The windshield wiper arms may break, causing the windshield wipers to fail.
- Risk
- Inoperative windshield wipers can reduce visibility in certain driving conditions, increasing the risk of a crash.
- Remedy
- Dealers will inspect and replace both front windshield wiper arms, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed January 19, 2023. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267.

What this recall means for you
Certain 2023 motorhomes may have front windshield wiper arms that can break, causing the wipers to stop working. Wipers that fail can reduce your visibility in some driving conditions, which raises the risk of a crash.
If your motorhome is affected, an authorized dealer will inspect both front windshield wiper arms and replace them if needed. The inspection and any replacement are free of charge. Owners were notified by letter, but you can also check whether your vehicle is included by looking up your VIN for open recalls, or by contacting Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267.
