NHTSA campaign 22V831, reported November 9, 2022, 5 vehicles potentially affected.

What this recall means for you

Wipers that cannot be turned on leave the driver with reduced visibility in rain, snow, or road spray, which increases the risk of a crash.

The repair is free. Authorized Volkswagen dealers will update the body control module software at no charge. Owners can contact Volkswagen customer service at 1-800-893-5298, referencing recall 91EN. You can also check your vehicle identification number (VIN) for open recalls.
