- Problem
- Innovative Specialties LLC (Innovative Specialties) is recalling certain 2022-2023 Nitro and Edge trailers. The rubber installed between the axle and trailer frame may deteriorate.
- Risk
- Deteriorated rubber may allow the axle to shift, causing a misalignment and increasing the risk of a crash.
- Remedy
- Dealers will remove the rubber and bolt the axle directly to the frame, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed December 13, 2022. Owners may contact Innovative Specialties customer service at 1-207-487-2300 or [email protected].

What this recall means for you
Certain trailers have rubber between the axle and frame that can deteriorate over time. When the rubber breaks down, the axle may shift out of alignment, which increases the risk of a crash.
The remedy is free. Authorized dealers will remove the rubber and bolt the axle directly to the frame. Owner notification letters were mailed December 13, 2022.
