- Problem
- Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain 2022 Zephyr, 2022-2023 Phaeton, Allegro Breeze and Allegro Bus motorhomes equipped with a Powerglide chassis. The chassis fuse can overheat while the motorhome is in motion, possibly causing the dash display to go blank and the engine to stall.
- Risk
- An engine that shuts down unexpectedly increases the risk of a crash.
- Remedy
- Dealers will inspect and replace the defective fuse, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed August 31, 2022. Owners may contact Tiffin's customer service at 1-256-356-8661. Tiffin's number for this recall is TIF-126.

What this recall means for you
Certain Tiffin motorhomes with a Powerglide chassis have a chassis fuse that can overheat while the vehicle is moving. When this happens, the dash display can go blank and the engine can stall.
An engine that shuts down unexpectedly increases the risk of a crash. If your motorhome has a blank dash display or stalls while driving, take safe action to stop as soon as it is possible to do so.
Tiffin will have authorized dealers inspect the chassis fuse and replace it if needed, at no cost to you. Owner notification letters were mailed August 31, 2022.
