Owners should contact Off Grid Trailers customer service at 1-800-786-3221 to schedule a free replacement of the cooktop, which Off Grid is arranging with Dometic. Owner notification letters were mailed August 17, 2022. You can also check your vehicle identification number (VIN) for open recalls to confirm whether your trailer is affected.
