- Problem
- Kuntry Kustom RV, LLC (Kuntry) is recalling certain 2017-2020 Rich Specialty Trailers Sanitation, Movie, Office, and Bunk House trailers, equipped with Winntec model 6020 two-stage propane regulators. The regulators may fail, causing an increase in propane pressure.
- Risk
- Increased propane pressure can enlarge the flames in gas appliances, increasing the risk of a fire.
- Remedy
- Dealers will replace the regulator, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 7, 2022. Owners may contact Kuntry customer service at 1-260-593-2208.

What this recall means for you
Certain 2017-2020 Rich Specialty Trailers sanitation, movie, office, and bunk house trailers are equipped with Winntec model 6020 two-stage propane regulators that may fail. When a regulator fails, propane pressure can increase.
Higher propane pressure can enlarge the flames in gas appliances, which increases the risk of a fire. Owners of affected trailers should stop relying on propane-fueled appliances until the regulator has been checked and, if needed, replaced.
The replacement regulator is free of charge at an authorized dealer. Owners were notified by letter mailed June 7, 2022, and can contact Kuntry Kustom RV, LLC customer service at 1-260-593-2208. You can also check your vehicle identification number (VIN) for any open recalls.
