- Problem
- Highland Ridge RV (Highland Ridge) is recalling certain 2022 Olympia, and Olympia Sport recreational vehicles. The metallic electrical box may not be grounded.
- Risk
- An ungrounded metallic electrical box can cause electric shock, increasing the risk of injury.
- Remedy
- Dealers will add a bare copper grounding conductor to the metallic electrical box, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 29, 2022. Owners may contact Highland Ridge customer service at 1-260-768-7771. Highland Ridge's number for this recall is 9904574.

What this recall means for you
The metallic electrical box in certain 2022 Highland Ridge trailer models may not be grounded. An ungrounded metal electrical box can become energized and cause an electric shock, which raises the risk of injury.
The remedy is free. An authorized dealer will add a bare copper grounding conductor to the metallic electrical box at no cost to you. Owner notification letters were mailed March 29, 2022.
