- Problem
- Reading Truck Body, LLC (Reading) is recalling certain 2017-2021 Marauder Landscape Dump Body vehicles. The dump body hoist subframe rear pivot mount weld may fail.
- Risk
- A weld failure while operating the dump body can increase the risk of injury.
- Remedy
- Dealers will inspect and reinforce the weld as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed January 12, 2022. Owners may contact Reading customer service at 1-610-775-3301.

What this recall means for you
This recall covers certain 2017 through 2021 Marauder Landscape Dump Body vehicles built by Reading Truck Body. The weld on the rear pivot mount of the dump body hoist subframe may fail, which can affect the hoist's support while the dump body is in use.
A weld failure while operating the dump body can increase the risk of injury. If you own an affected vehicle, avoid operating the dump body until the weld has been checked, and contact an authorized dealer to schedule service.
