NHTSA campaign 21V958, reported December 9, 2021, 425 vehicles potentially affected.

What this recall means for you

Some seat belt bracket mounting bolts on the left-rear seat may not have been tightened correctly at the factory. If a bracket is loose, it may break during a crash, so the seat belt could stop restraining the passenger and injury risk increases. The vehicles also do not meet several federal seat and seat belt safety standards.

The fix is free. Dealers will replace the left-rear seat bracket bolts and repair any damaged threads as needed. Owners who received the notification letter dated January 27, 2022 can contact Nissan customer service at 1-800-867-7669, using recall number PC856.
