Kia Stinger Recall 21V862: Fuel gauge may read wrong, risking sudden fuel loss

NHTSA campaign 21V862, reported November 5, 2021, 53 vehicles potentially affected.

What this recall means for you

The fix is a software update to the instrument cluster, performed by an authorized dealer at no cost to you. Owner notification letters were mailed on December 10, 2021. If you have not received one, contact Kia customer service at 1-800-333-4542 and reference recall SC219. You can also enter your VIN on the NHTSA website to check for open recalls on your vehicle.
