NHTSA campaign 21V840, reported October 27, 2021, 995 vehicles potentially affected.

What this recall means for you

Reduced braking can make the vehicle take longer to stop, which increases the risk of a crash. Owners should be aware of this risk and get the repair done promptly.

The repair is free at an authorized Hyundai dealer. Dealers will replace the brake master cylinder and flush the brake fluid at no cost. Owner notification letters were mailed on December 24, 2021.
