Mack LR Recall 21V573: Rear Brakes May Fail, Increasing Crash Risk

NHTSA campaign 21V573, reported July 27, 2021, 124 vehicles potentially affected.

What this recall means for you

An authorized Mack dealer will inspect the brake cams on your vehicle. If an incorrect cam is found, it will be replaced, along with brake shoes, hardware, and wheel seals where needed. The repair is free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on August 10, 2021.
