What this recall means for you
On certain 2020 vehicles, the diagnostic check for the anti-lock brake system (ABS) that runs at startup may not finish in time. When that happens, the ABS and the Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) system can be disabled for that drive cycle.
With these systems off, the vehicle may not help you keep control during hard braking or on slippery surfaces, which could increase the risk of a crash.
The remedy is a free software update performed by an authorized dealer. Jaguar will notify owners directly. You can also contact Jaguar customer service at 1-800-452-4827 (recall number H335) and check your vehicle identification number (VIN) for open recalls.
